One of my favorite meal at Olive Garden is the Zuppa Toscana Soup 🍜 and salad! I wanted to challenge myself to make a #KetoCopyCatRecipe that loses the carbs but not the flavor
MACROS DOWN BELOW!
Ingredients
1 Pound of Hot Italian Sausage
½ Medium size Onion (chopped)
Seasonings of choice
Cayenne Pepper to taste (Don’t add if you do not like spicy)
Onion Powder to taste
Garlic powder to taste
32 oz of your favorite broth (I used better than bouillon veggie broth)
12 oz Fresh or Frozen Cauliflower
4 cups of Greens (I used a baby Spinach and Kale mix)
¾ cups of Heavy Whipping Cream
Parmesan Cheese 🧀 to garnish (2 tsp per serving)
Makes 5 large servings
