2, 2.5lbs pork butt
1.5t of salt (I used Daddy B's season salt)
2t garlic powder
2 sticks of butter
1/4 cup of Tamari sauce
Place one pork butt in crock pot. Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Set a stick of butter on top. Set the second pork butt on top and layer with seasoning and butter. Add the Tamari sauce, cover, and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
