Chicken Tortilla Soup: -4 Chicken breast -1-1.5 Cans of Diced tomatoes (with jalapeño or add half a jalapeño) -1 Can black beans -1/2 onion (or more if you like) -2 Cups chicken broth – low sodium -2 tsp minced garlic -1 tbsp cumin -1 tbsp Oregano -1 tbsp Parsley -1 tbsp Cilantro -1/2 packet or about 1/4 cup Taco seasoning Salt and pepper to taste! → Cook on HIGH for 4-5 hours. → Cook on LOW for 6-7 hours.
